The ornate geometric chevron design gives the space an air of sophistication. The bright pop of color of the yellow handrails in the back contrast with the dark blues of the screen and pool umbrellas nicely and give the area a sense of balance. The concrete block columns that adorn the outside of the suites bring this area back to the more mid-century modern aspects of googie that sharply contrasts with the building that towers in the background of the shot. | Source: Photo by Emily MacDonellDownload Original File
