Chico Hot Springs. Overview of the Resort, view from the southeast

An aerial view of the lodging complex circa 1998. Chico Hot Springs boasts of its retention of historic architectural elements. The National Register of Historic Places recognizes the hotel’s exterior as Georgian Revival, which is evident in the building’s incorporation of symmetrical, pitched roofs, known as gabled rooflines, 2-over–2 windows, simple turned wood posts, and spacious porches that wrap around portions of the building. | Source: Chico Hot Springs.
