Abigail Scott Duniway
Suffragette Abigail Scott Duniway spent many years writing and speaking on women’s suffrage in Idaho as well as Oregon and Washington. She sought to distance the cause of women’s suffrage in Idaho from prohibition because she believed tying the two causes together would lead men to oppose women’s suffrage.
